Growing up in Hemlock, Michigan during the Spartan football rollercoaster of the 1990s, I knew what I wanted to do with my life; I was going to wear a Spartan helmet on gameday Saturdays. But when I stalled at 5'7" and 150 pounds, I was quickly brought back to earth. So here I am now, pursuing a degree in telecommunications rather than a NFL contract. But all is well. Mark Dantonio seems to be doing just fine without me, and the economy may just rebound in time for me to take advantage of my degree.
